In case of cash payment, please note that the machine does not accept 500 THB and 1,000 THB notes. Only 20, 50, and 100 THB notes and 1, 2, 5, and 10 THB coins are accepted.

In case of cash payment, you will receive change in 10 THB coins only after you pressed the ‘pick-up’ button and successfully removed all your belongings out of the deposit boxes.

In case of cashless payment, our machines do accept Rabbit Card, Alipay, WeChat, and Thai QR Code and other cashless payment method as shown on the screen.

If the locker is too overloaded, it might not be able to open when you pressed the ‘pick-up’ button. Therefore, the belongings stored in the locker should be in appropriate size. In case you have many belongings with you, you can choose the option to deposit them in more than 1 locker at the same time.

Lockers at the station is 24 hours available.

Service fee for luggage and belongings at any size is charged hourly based with the minimum of 2 hour-deposit time. In case of depositing for 6 hours and above, you will be charged at the daily rate (24 hours) as specified.

The rate of service fee shown at the time is the per time of the deposit. Customer can open the locket to pick up your belongings for only one time per one payment.

Without advance notice via Call Center, you can deposit your belongings in the locker for the maximum of 3 days. After that, Lockbox will contact you through your mobile number and contact information given during the deposit registration. If we are unable to reach you, the company will remove your belongings from the locker and store them at our office.

In case that we cannot contact the owner of the belongings after 30 days, Lockbox will consider destroying or transferring your belongings somewhere else. This depends on the company’s decision.

For security, the company has its full rights to examine, remove, or destroy suspicious luggage or boxes without advance notice.

Lockbox does not allow dangerous objects such as flammable, explosive, or illegal object. If we found that any belonging is against the rules, the company will take legal action towards the owner.

In case of loss or damage due to systematic error, Lockbox will be responsible to every luggage and belonging that is lost within the financial amount of no more than 5,000 THB per time which will be compensated after the investigation of the case by the company is finished.
